Pizza was OK so far. The dough tasted a bit bland, in my opinion it lacked salt. The service had a rather bad day and was not very friendly. Would rather eat elsewhere.

Delicious food, friendly service

Were there with 8 people on September 12th, 2020, you'd have to wait 55 minutes for the first drink and then another 45 minutes for the meal. When the last meal arrived at the table, the first one was more than cold. The food was unfortunately not a hit either. Rump steak with mushrooms is rump steak with cheap hunter sauce. The basement is unbeatable in unfriendliness. It can't live from the tip.

Was very busy inside. Then we sat down outside. We were immediately offered pillows and blankets and the food was delicious. We will be back. Been there three times in a week now. Every request is catered for. Child 3 years old small portion. Great ... 3 euros.

Delicious restaurant with good dishes in a beautiful location. One or the other corner needs a little paint and the menus could be renewed.

Herbs on the pizza would certainly not have hurt either. When asked whether it was tasty, the answer was of course not only positive. On the friendly advice that the dough was very tasteless, there was only a snotty and grossly unfriendly response from this waitress, which testified that we as customers are not taken seriously and that we have no idea of ​​pizza taste anyway and that it would not be of interest anyway. Tips for the future: 1. Constructive criticism should never be taken personally. 2. Hissing at the customer abruptly is not an adequate solution to create customer satisfaction or customer loyalty. 3. In order to ensure these points, some individuals should NEVER be in direct contact with customers.

The pizzas are just delicious. The lasagna was excellent.

Here you can eat very tasty. The pizza comes originally from the wood oven !!! A large terrace with a large parasol is right in front of the entrance. The only thing I didn't like was the rude waiter, what a shame!

DISASTER, NAUGHTY, ARROGANT OPERATION / OWNER! hectic, overwhelmed and stressed !!! On our wellness weekend we reserved a table for 7 p.m. and arrived 3 minutes before 7 p.m. We politely waited to get our table and were completely ignored instead. The waiter, presumably the owner, did not even stop to speak to us and instead of responding to our statement "we had reserved a table at 7pm", we got a wave of it in passing and a peek of the shoulders. Instead of saying "wait a moment I will come to you immediately" came such a cheeky reaction that immediately made us leave the restaurant! Professionalism and courtesy looks different! Apparently, this man doesn't like gastronomy at all. It would be very good for the restaurant to hire another waiter or (if it is the owner) to change hands because the food looked very good. We didn't get a table in the vicinity that evening. Those who deal with their guests in such a way and are so stressed out are not suitable for such a profession. We have worked in the catering trade for a very long time and that is why we were absolutely shocked and disappointed with such behavior and will definitely never go there again and therefore recommend that you avoid it if you want to spend a cozy evening!

Best pizza in town, I would even say the whole of Paderborn. If you want to eat a real stone oven pizza in a real Italian ambience, this is the place for you.

Excellent traditional style Italian food We had pizza. Spaghetti Bolognese and Calamari, all of which were great. Pizza was made on the premises to order and the other dishes were hot and fresh. Drinks menu could do with a little wider selection of wines but the Pino was good and didn't spoil things Service was good on a busy Saturday night. Staff were happy and friendly without being over the top. If your looking for a traditional Italian meal at a reasonable price then this is the place to head for. One thing to note is that this restaurant is located in a shopping zone/precinct so parking might be a bit tricky on occasion.

Great pizzeria in the pedestrian zone. Very nice outside area, very busy on weekends you should reserve a table. Service very nice a real Italian with heart and soul. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time. Unfortunately no parking spaces available.

Cool atmosphere..the waiter was friendly and helped pick out a great wine. The pizza and pasta were the best tasted so far in Bad Lippspringe. I hope to visit again
